Room 1 is a luxury double suite on the lower floor and is the largest of our rooms.
The bedroom boasts a double bed, 32" flat screen tv with freeview, DVD player, PS2, large fridge, seating area with leather settee, clock radio, hairdryer, fan, full sized wardrobe, well stocked hospitality tray, assorted toiletries, matching soft fluffy Bath Robes and an electric fire.
Attached to the bedroom is a large fully equipped bathroom with has a full sized bath, wash basin, bidet and toilet. If it's space you want, this is the room for you

Room 2 is a deluxe double ensuite room which has an exclusive lounge attached. The bedroom boasts a double bed, 19" wall mounted flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player, 3/4 wardrobe with drawers, fan, wash basin, assorted toiletries and an attached room with toilet. The lounge has a 22" wall mounted flat screen tv Freeview, 2 very comfortable relaxer chairs, mini fridge and a well stocked hospitality tray.

Room 3 is a delightful double room with a large luxury 1/2 tiled ensuite measuring 8ft x 6ft. The bedroom boasts a double bed, 2 comfortable leather tub chairs, 19" tv with freeview, DVD player, fan, 3/4 wardrobe with built in fridge, hairdryer, assorted toiletries and a well stocked hospitality tray. The ensuite comprises of a toilet, large wash basin with storage, a chrome rainfall shower, towel heater and pleny of room.

Room 4 is a family ensuite room which sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed, bunk beds (which can be dismantled to make a single bed by prior arrangement), 2 very comfortable leather chairs, 24" wall mounted flat screen tv with freevew, DVD player, large wash basin, large fridge, hairdryer, full sized wardrobe, assorted toiletries, well stocked hospitality tray and French doors to the front bay which open allowing views of the sea. The recently refurbished ensuite comprises of an electric shower, toilet and plenty of room to get changed.

Room 5 is a family ensuite room which sleeps up to 3 people. The bedroom has a double bed, single bed, 3/4 wardrobe, 26" tv with freeview, DVD player, large fridge, hairdryer and a seating area with tub chair. The ensuite attachments comprise of a room with toilet, wash basin with storage, towel heater and an electric shower in a further area within the room.
All in all, a lovely room



All En-Suites have either Grab Handles or Grab Rails to aid balance.

To maintain the highest possible standard of cleanliness and hygiene, all of our showers, toilets, sinks and bath are steam cleaned prior to each guests arrival.

Families are very welcome but unfortunately we can't accept childen aged 3 years or under
