Because of the outstanding service we give and the exceptional breakfast and choice on offer together with our fantastic rooms , we are sometimes mistaken for a 1st class Hotel.
It is worth mentioning at this stage we are a family run Guest House with 5 rooms.
Unfortunately we don't have the following facilities available in our Guest House:
Swimming Pool
Multiplex Cinema
Riding Stables
Planetarium
Shopping Precinct
Helipad
Observatory

You can however find most of these things in and around Great Yarmouth

Hopefully this will help prevent any confusion
