We are Gary & Julie Smith and are the proud owners of Kilbrannan Guest House.
Awarded 4 stars by Visit England for our excellent standard of accommodation throughout and a Silver Award for giving our guests a standard of service and hospitality that goes beyond expectations. We have also earned a Visit England Breakfast Award for providing a Breakfast that you would only expect to find in 5 star accommodation,
In 2010 & 2012 we also won Great Yarmouth Tourist Authority's Guest Accommodation of the Year Award and in 2010 we won the Great Leisure and Tourism Business of the Year Award
A great deal of time, energy, money and sheer hard work has gone into achieving these awards and this shows in our committment to making your stay with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
All rooms are En-Suite and 1 has a full sized private bathroom attached.
Free WIFI access, DVD player, Flat Screen TVs, and a good size refridgerator also accompany the many other facilities in each room
Families are very welcome but unfortunately we can't accept children aged 3 years or under
We are ideally situated on Trafalgar Road, Great Yarmouth
with the seafront only a 2 minute walk, St Georges park only a 2 minute
walk, the town centre only a 3 minute walk and all local attractions and
amenities within easy reach.
We also gained a Silver Gilt award in the 'Great Yarmouth and Gorleston in Bloom' competition in the category 'Best Guesthouse' which we are very proud of too as we love our flowers and plants.

We are licensed and offer an assortment of beers, wines and Spirits at good prices for you to enjoy
Our Guesthouse is strictly non-smoking
Parking is free at Kilbrannan guest House as we have permits for parking
and also have space for up to 2 vehicles on the side of the property (subject to availability).
Your room should be ready early afternoon but if you would like to arrive early we will provide parking from 12:00.
If your room is ready when you arrive, then we will check you in at that time
Don't worry if you intend to arrive by train or coach as the stations are only a few minutes drive away and we will gladly provide transport free of charge providing you let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Our tariffs are on a per room per night basis and range from £60 to £90 depending on the season, which
room you want and how many people are in your party.
